What to Wear
Practice
- Athletic clothing
- Tennis shoes
- Hair pulled back and out of her face
- Pom poms
- Water bottle
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn!
Game Day
- Cheer uniform
- White tennis shoes (preferred)
- Hair in a high ponytail
- Sparkly red bow (provided)
- Water bottle
- Cheer jacket (always bring, just in case)

Throughout the football season, the girls will perform the following cheers during games:

Practices
- Drop off by 4:30 PM at Oak Park; pick up promptly at 5:15 PM.
- Coaches and assistants supervise all practices.
Games
- Drop off about 30 minutes before game time (typically ~5:00 PM) at Long Lake Ranch, near your child's assigned field — we'll share the field each week.
- Parents should remain in the spectator area during games and should not approach the cheer line.
Attendance
Please make every effort to attend all practices, games, performances, and special events. If your child must miss an event, notify a coach as early as possible.
Before Practice & Games
- Use the restroom before arriving
- Eat before games
- Bring a water bottle
- Wear the appropriate attire
Weather
Cancellations due to rain or snow will be communicated through BAND and email — please check both regularly before practices and games.
Cheerleader Expectations
- Have a positive attitude and come ready to learn
- Participate with enthusiasm
- Listen carefully to coaches
- Be respectful to teammates and coaches
- Stay with the cheer line at all times
